Who I am
I am a self employed Christian Coach, offering one to one coaching services. I am the data controller for the personal information you provide.

What information I collect

Some information you may share-such as details about your faith, spiritual practises, prayer life or relationship with God-is considered special category data under data protection law.
This information is processed only with your explicit consent given via the terms and conditions. It is solely for the purposes of Christian coaching through Sacred Steps Ministry. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing steph@sacredstepsministry.com.
Why I collect this information

Details and specific statements shared within Coaching sessions will not be used for any purpose unrelated to your coaching sessions. Any exceptions to this will only be done when you have explicitly provided consent to do so or if they are required by law.

How long information is kept
Information is kept only for as long as necessary:
⦁ Coaching records and notes: typically 3-5 years after coaching ends
⦁ Contact detais: while you are an active client and for a short period afterwards
⦁ Financial Records: as required by law (usually 6 years in the UK)
After this period, information is securely deleted or destroyed. You have the right to request deletion of your data at any time by contacting steph@sacredstepsministry.com.
Sharing your information
Your information is treated as confidential. I do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except:
