Basic statement of faith
My role as a Christian Coach and Network Leader isn't to teach doctrine but to point you towards it so the Holy Spirit can provide revelation. However, it is important for me to share my basic statement of faith given the core of my work is rooted in God's word being ultimate truth and authority. I believe that as we gain understanding of what God says to us and the Promises He has for us whilst being in relationship with Him leads us to ultimate freedom of past chains. I understand scripture is interpreted so differently across the globe and want to offer my foundation in order for you to get the right support that you are looking for.
The Scriptures
I believe that all of Scripture (both the Old and New Testament) is verbally inspired by God, without error and is our final authority in all matters pertaining to doctrine, reproof, correction and instruction in righteousness (2 Timothy 3:16-17).

God
I believe in only one true God who created the whole universe and before He even created the world; the trinity of Father, Son and Holy Spirit lived in perfect harmony. I believe He is one in essence, nature, and attributes, but existing in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit (1 John 5:7).

Jesus Christ
I believe in the deity of the Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, of His shed blood on Calvary for the forgiveness of our sins, of His bodily resurrection and His ascension to the Father's right hand. I do not believe He is simply "a" way to the Father, but rather the only way through which we can receive righteousness, regeneration, sanctification, and glorification. He is in fact, our salvation (1 Corinthians 1:30-31).
Holy Spirit
I believe the Holy Spirit is the third person of the Trinity and shortly after Jesus rose from the dead and ascended to Heaven; He poured out His Holy Spirit on the church. He brings us into relationship with Jesus who lives inside of us and empowers us to live our Christian lives. I believe in the baptism with the Holy Spirit is expressed with speaking in tongues, according to Acts 1:8, 2:4, 9:17, 10:44-46, 11:15-16 and 19:6. I believe this, experience is distinct from, and subsequent to, the new birth and can be received by faith (Galatians 3:2).

Salvation
I believe that all who, in repentance and faith, receive Jesus Christ as Saviour and Lord are born again (Acts 20:20-21; Romans 10:9-13). Salvation is entirely of God and that we can offer nothing other than our sin and rebellion but through faith and our trust in Jesus we become God's children, adopted into His family.

Gifts of the Spirit
I believe that spiritual gifts and manifestations of the Holy Spirit are for the common good and building up of others today (1 Corinthians 12:7).

The Church
I believe the Church is God's vehicle, His blueprint, to bring hope to a broken world; it is an expression of the light and life of Jesus. It is bigger than any one local outlet but made up throughout history of all Christians across the world.
"But when the Father sends the Advocate as my representative - that is, the Holy Spirit - he will teach you everything and will remind you of everything I have told you. " - John 14:26
